Questions people ask.
Grouped by what people are usually actually worried about — the money, the stock, and what the arrangement really is. If the answer is not here, send a WhatsApp. A person reads it.

01The money
What it costs, and what you keep.
The four that come up before anybody has decided anything.
Four questions
How much do I need to start?
R475. That is the five-jar pack at R95 a jar. Sell them at the suggested R143 and you take R715, so you keep R240 — put it straight back into your next pack. Courier is R75 on top, or free once you order twenty jars.
What must I sell a jar for?
The Army suggests adding 50% to what you paid — so about R143 on the five-jar pack — and asks you not to go past 75%. Within that range the price is yours. Keeping to it means no Army member gets undercut and no customer is overcharged.
How do I pay?
By instant EFT through Ozow, on the order form. You pick your bank, log in the way you normally would, and approve the payment. Ozow handles it, not us, so your banking details never touch this website.
Do I need a registered business?
No. Most people selling Aloe Yami sell from home, at work, at a stall, or off a WhatsApp status. You buy the pack at our price and you sell it at yours. There is nothing to register.
02Your stock
Getting it, and shifting it.
What happens after you have paid, and what happens if it does not go to plan.
Four questions
When do I get my stock?
It goes by courier, two to four days anywhere in South Africa. Courier is R75, and free once you order twenty jars or more. Collection is not available yet — that changes once we have a shop.
What if I cannot sell them all?
There is no deadline and nothing to pay back. The jars are yours once you have bought them. Most people take a few weeks on their first pack and much less on the second, once people know they have it.
What if my pack arrives damaged?
Photograph it before you unpack any further and send the photos on WhatsApp the same day. Damaged jars get replaced on the next run at no charge.
Can I buy again?
Yes, as often as you like. There is no contract and no monthly minimum. Order another pack the same way, or send a WhatsApp and we will sort it out for you.
03The arrangement
What this actually is.
You are not an employee and this is not a scheme. Here is the shape of it in plain words.
Three questions
Am I working for Aloe Yami?
No, and that cuts both ways. You are not an employee, so there is no salary, no target and no manager. You are a shop: you buy stock at our price and sell it at a fair profit — the Army suggests 50%, and 75% at most. What you make is the difference, and nobody takes a cut of it.
Can I put my own name on the jar?
Not on current stock. The label carries the ingredient list and the Aloe Yami name, and both have to stay on there. If you want to talk about a bigger white label run, send a WhatsApp.
What is the portal?
It is your own page on this site. It shows your orders, it has the photos and videos you can download and put straight onto your WhatsApp status, and it has the counter you tap every time you sell a jar. You sign in with the email address you ordered with and the password you chose at checkout. If you have forgotten it, there is a link on the sign-in page that emails you a new one.
