01What the Army is

“The Aloe Yami Army” is the name for the people who buy Aloe Yami Balm from us in bulk and resell it. As a member you are an independent seller running your own small business. You buy the stock outright; what you do with it after that is yours to decide.

02What it is not

• Not employment. You are not our employee, agent, representative, partner or franchisee. There is no salary, no commission, no manager and no target.
• Not a multi-level or network-marketing scheme. There is no downline. You are never paid for signing other people up, and nobody earns anything from your orders.
• No joining fee and nothing to sign up for on a recurring basis. You pay for jars. That is the only thing you ever pay us for.
• No contract lock-in and no minimum reorder. You buy again only if and when you want to.

03Joining

• You join by placing your first order through the order form and paying for it.
• You must be at least 18 and entitled to run a small trading business where you live.
• A portal account is optional. If you set one up, keep your password private and your contact details current.
• We may decline or end a membership at our discretion — for example where there is fraud, counterfeit product, or conduct that harms the brand or other members.

04Pricing and tiers

The price you pay per jar drops as the pack gets bigger. The current packs are:

Starter — 5 jars

R95 a jar. R475 the pack.

Grower — 10 jars

R90 a jar. R900 the pack.

Builder — 15 jars

R85 a jar. R1 275 the pack.

• Everyone pays the same for the same pack. There is no special rate, and no negotiated tier — the pack you choose is the tier.
• Prices are set by Aloe Yami and may change. Any change is published on the site and never affects an order already paid for. The price that binds is the one shown at checkout and confirmed on our server.
• Courier is R75, and free from 20 jars in a single order.

05Minimum and maximum orders

• The minimum order is one Starter pack — 5 jars. There is no smaller quantity, and no obligation to order again after that.
• There is no minimum spend per month, per quarter or per year, and no penalty for a gap between orders.
• The order form accepts up to 20 units per line. For larger volumes, or to talk about a bigger regular supply, contact us first.

06Payment and stock release

• Orders are paid upfront, in full, by instant EFT through Ozow. We do not offer accounts, credit or consignment.
• Stock is couriered only once payment has cleared. Collection is not available yet.
• Ownership of the stock passes to you on cleared payment; risk passes on delivery. See the Terms.

07How you earn

There is no payout structure, because Aloe Yami never pays you anything. Your income is the margin between what you paid us for a jar and what you charge your customer for it.

• The Army suggests a selling price of what you paid plus 50%, and asks members not to go beyond 75%. This keeps prices consistent across the Army — no member is undercut, and no customer pays over the odds.
• It is guidance, not a price we set or police. The site never sees your selling price; within the suggested range you choose the number, and you do not have to tell us what it is.
• Everything you charge above what you paid is yours. We take no cut, no fee and no commission on your sales.
• Any figures on the website (for example “sell at R143 and keep R240”) are worked examples to help you plan. They are not a promise of what you will earn or how fast stock will sell — that depends on you and your area.

08Your responsibilities

• Sell only genuine, sealed, unaltered Aloe Yami Balm with the original label intact. Do not decant, dilute, rename, relabel or repackage it.
• Keep your selling price within the Army's fair range — what you paid, plus 50% suggested and 75% at most — so no other member is undercut.
• Store your stock as directed — cool, dry, out of the sun.
• Follow the law that applies to you: any local trading permit or by-law, and your own tax obligations. You are responsible for your own bookkeeping and any registration your turnover requires.
• Handle your own customers — their questions, their receipts, and their returns. Your customers’ contract is with you, not with Aloe Yami.
• Do not describe yourself as Aloe Yami, or as its agent, staff member or official distributor.
• Represent the brand honestly and do not disparage it or other members.

09Product claims

Aloe Yami Balm is a cosmetic. In everything you say or write about it you must use cosmetic language only and must not claim or imply that it treats, cures, heals or prevents any condition. The approved and prohibited wording is set out in the Product Disclaimer. Breaking this is a serious breach and is the most common reason we would stop supplying a member.

10Marketing materials

• While you are an active member we give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the photos and videos we provide (including in the portal) to promote your resale of genuine Aloe Yami Balm.
• Do not alter the logo or packaging in your materials, and do not imply endorsement by a professional we have not named.
• Do not register any business name, trade mark, domain name or social handle containing “Aloe Yami” or anything confusingly similar.
• The licence ends when your membership ends.

11Stock is sold, not consigned

• There is no sale-or-return and no buy-back. Once you have bought a pack, the jars are yours, for as long as they take to sell.
• There is no deadline to sell by and nothing to pay back if a pack sells slowly.
• Jars that arrive damaged or are faulty are replaced free or refunded — see the Returns & Refund Policy. That is separate from unsold stock, which is not returnable.

12Delivery

Every order is couriered — R75 countrywide, free from 20 jars, typically two to four business days after dispatch. Collection is not available yet; it returns once Aloe Yami has trading premises. Full detail, including risk and address accuracy, is in the Terms & Conditions.

13Ending the arrangement

• You can stop at any time, simply by not ordering again. There is nothing to cancel and no exit fee. Any stock you hold stays yours to sell.
• We can decline future orders or close a portal account at any time, with notice where practical. We would normally only do this for prohibited product claims, counterfeit or altered product, fraud, or conduct that harms the brand or other members.
• Ending the arrangement does not cancel an order already paid for, and does not affect rights or obligations that arose before it ended.

14Liability and indemnity

• You run your own business and are responsible for it — your sales, your customers, your statements, your compliance and your tax.
• Our liability to you for any order is limited to what you paid us for that order, except for liability that cannot lawfully be limited (including under the Consumer Protection Act).
• You indemnify Aloe Yami Products (Pty) Ltd against any claim, loss or penalty arising from your conduct, your marketing, claims you made about the product beyond the label and the Product Disclaimer, or your failure to meet a legal requirement that applies to you.

15Changes

We may update these terms and the pack prices. Changes are published here and on the price list. The version that applied to any order is the one published when that order was paid. Ordering again after a change means you accept the current version.
